Availability

This node is only available when corporate knowledge is configured for your Seeq environment.

If you don’t see this node:

• Your environment may not have corporate knowledge storage configured, or you may not have access.

When to use

• You need answers grounded in internal documentation (SOPs, policies, engineering standards, playbooks).

• You want to enrich a workflow response with company-specific guidance.

Configuration

• Instruction: Ask a specific question and specify what kind of citations or structure you want in the answer.

Example instructions

• “What is our policy for approving a change to a safety-critical alarm? Summarize and include key requirements.”

• “Find the internal SOP for compressor surge and outline the recommended response steps.”
