SQ-1303: Connector Error Processing Request
Description
This error occurs whenever a connector throws an exception during processing of a request from the Seeq site. This is in contrast to an exception that occurs during indexing, which is a form of communication where requests are made by the connector to the Seeq site. Types of requests for which this exception might occur include signal data requests, condition data requests, and auth requests.

Connector Issues
Connector Version: Ensure that you have the latest version of the connector available.
Connector: If you are on the latest version of the connector, this may be an indication of a bug in the connector. For mature connectors, the problem is likely due to a scenario in the datasource that hasn’t been encountered previously, and it is possible that a code change would be necessary to handle the new scenario. If the connector was developed by Seeq, you should submit a support ticket. If the connector is a third-party connector, you should contact the vendor.
